Go to Dashboard → Products → Click "Add Product". Fill in the product name, price, and optionally add an image. Click Save and your product will be available for customers to order!

Customers can order through your web shop link or via WhatsApp by messaging your business number. The SmartBiz bot will guide them through the ordering process.

What payment methods can my customers use?

You can set up M-Pesa payments (Till Number, Paybill, Send Money, or Pochi la Biashara). Customers will see your payment instructions when they place an order.

What happens if my subscription expires?

You'll receive email reminders before expiry. After expiration, there's a 24-hour grace period. If not renewed, your shop will be temporarily paused until you renew.
